Removal of Jen Puccini from Acting Executive Director role and appointing Danielle Heaton as the Executive Director

This proposal has two parts: 1.) Propose to remove Jen Puccini from her current role as Acting Executive Director of Twenty-One Senses. Jen will still maintain her title of Founder and her role as board president for Twenty-One Senses. 2.) Appoint Danielle Heaton as the Executive Director of Twenty-One Senses. Background – This shift is necessary to keep the organization legal, as Jen is focused on her health. Danielle will then have the authority to act and support the organization. Especially in the headquarter shift from IL to NH. Jen and Danielle are both in support of this proposal.

Investigate funding options available to shift outstanding credit card debt to lower interest loan.

Proposing the executive director engages with Kennebunk Savings Bank (NH) to investigate alternate funding opportunities at a lower interest rate for the current credit card debt. This proposal is only to investigate and report back to the board the available options. The board will have an additional vote to define action to be taken. (Danielle is in support of this proposal.)
