Our Sensory Support Modules
We offer flexible, modular setups with a recommended minimum of 10’ x 10’ per module:
✅ Basic Sensory Support Module – Headphones, foam earplugs, borrowable fidget bags, sensory information materials
✅ Parent Module – Lactation station, changing table, cozy seating
✅ Teen Module – Relaxed seating, chess, older books, teen-appropriate fidgets
✅ Early Childhood Module (Preschool – Grade School) – Child-sized furniture, coloring, light-up toys, younger fidgets
✅ Movement Module – Larger equipment for safe, movement-based sensory input
✅ Pop-Up Calm Rooms & Spaces – Fully equipped calm areas for guests to reset
✅ Fidget Awareness Booths & Sensory Supported Vendor Booths – Interactive spaces to borrow fidgets and learn about sensory tools
Space Requirements & Placement Recommendations
- All modules can be set up indoors or outdoors and are recommended to be at least 10′ x 10′
- Recommended minimum: Two modules—Calm Space + Supply Checkout
- Minimum setup: Single table for basic supports
- Calm Space placement: Adjacent to the activity area (don’t place it far away, as distance leads guests to leave instead of returning); choose the quietest spot possible within the event
- Movement Module placement: Requires open space, safely separated but connected to Calm Space
